Questions
What is the cost of a custom website or digital product?
The price of a custom website depends on what it needs to do. Starting from a few thousand pounds, the cost varies. Similarly with custom digital products, the price depends on the scope and can range from small to large numbers.
How long does a project take?
Marketing websites usually take about 6-8 weeks, while custom builds can take longer. Brand projects typically take 6-12 weeks, and custom digital products vary depending on the scope.
When should I choose bespoke development over just Webflow?
Webflow is our favourite website builder and CMS because it is easy to use and highly customisable. The platform can be limiting at times. If you struggle to get your website or product to do what you need and have to use patchy workarounds, it might be time to invest in a scalable custom solution.
Are you a Webflow partner?
Yes. Big Rocket has been a Webflow Certified Partner since March 2021.
Do you only build on Webflow?
We use Webflow as the frontend for almost all projects. For websites, we only build on Webflow. For custom digital products, we use Webflow as a customer-facing frontend if needed. It is a secure, customisable platform that we highly recommend.
Can you build a custom booking system?
Big Rocket can build anything you need, including a custom booking system. LuxuryTrainTickets.com uses Webflow for the frontend and inventory, but the ecommerce side is completely custom.
Who will I actually work with?
Unlike some agencies, the person you work with at Big Rocket is the one doing the work. We don’t use Account Managers; instead, your Project Manager acts as the architect for your project.
What sort of marketing do you offer?
We focus on marketing strategy. Everything we build undergoes a pre-launch SEO sweep to ensure it is SEO and AEO friendly.
